procedure

1. How can I download photos in print quality?

To protect copyrights, we need a registration. You can log in with "register".

For registered customers:

After your photo selection you click on the shopping trolley icon and deposit your photo.

You can order all photos, placed in the shopping cart. Therefore click the button "order". Then you can define the purpose of usage for the first photo. You have to specify step by step. Between the different steps, click " next". The screen on the left side will show you the status of order. If the same usage applies to a whole selection of photos, click on "accept for all photos". In this case the other fields are filled in automatically. By clicking on "send", you will immediately receive information about the fees, based on your given descriptions. You can accept the offer by agreeing with the general terms and conditions and click on "accept.

From that moment, the files are available for download for the next 48 hours.

You will find the unlocked picture files under the designation "download index". By clicking on the file name, the download will start.

For new customers:

First orders have to be processed by altro - the photographic agency. You will be informed as soon as your pictures are ready for download.

2. Are you also able to send the photos via ISDN or e-mail?

We can send your print data via ISDN-Leonardo, ISDN-Fritz IDtrans, ISDN-Fritz Eurofile or e-mail attachment (not convenient for TIFF!) in addition to a small service fee also to a third party, for example to a printing plant or your design agency. In case of express delivery, please note when ordering.

3. How big is the file size?

By clicking on a picture, the right little window will indicate the particular file size. With the download you always have JPEG-files. The same files are available in uncompressed version (TIFF-file) on an offline computer. Should you need the uncompressed TIFF-files, you can get these in addition to a service fee via electronic mail, ISDN-Leonardo, ISDN-Fritz IDtrans, ISDN-Fritz Eurofile or saved on CD via postage.

4. Are there bigger data-files?

If desired, you can get of all analogue quality photos, existing as small format, medium format or large size format a bigger data file. In addition to a service fee, the file is scanned uncompressed (TIFF). As the file can be very large, download via internet and electronic sending via ISDN or e-mail isnĀ“t reasonable. In this case, files are sent via postage.
